The key to success within USoft is looking beyond the boundaries of your job description. At USoft we don't talk about job descriptions, but about roles. Your contribution to USoft as a whole comes from filling multiple roles. We find it important that you take the driving seat in this process, where you know your strengths, your talent and how can you optimally utilize these in the roles that you fill. We believe that a career path is just as unique and individual as you are. Maybe you want to become a specialist, or maybe a generalist. Perhaps you want to take a step sideways and develop yourself vertically. Whichever direction you choose, each year you make a personal development plan (PDP) to be sure that your development continues. In this PDP you record the targets and skills that you are going to work towards.
To achieve the best from your talents and skills, at least three times a year you have a progress meeting with your professional line manager and a People manager. Both managers support you in your career path, each from their own area of expertise.
