Vestia supplies housing services to the residents of around 80,000 houses in The Netherlands. These houses are spread over 14 local housing companies that work as local corporations in their own estates and neighborhoods.

In addition to these local corporations, Vestia has at its disposal four specialist companies. In total, nearly 1000 people work for Vestia. Recently, Vestia has announced a merger with Stadswonen.
