The initial point of contact for Usoft clients is the USoft Support Desk, which serves to support developers with USoft-related queries. We provide professional support for URequire Studio, UDevelop and all other USoft products.
In order to use our USoft Support Desk, you will need to be in possession of an appropriate license for a USoft product. When you submit a support request by e-mail, you will immediately receive confirmation of your request with a unique support request number for reference purposes. You will receive email updates about the progress of your request. When you request telephonic support, you will immediately receive assistance from a member of the support team (first line support). If your problem remains unsolved, you will receive assistance from a USoft software developer (second line support).
