The USoft Customer Support Team supports customer projects by providing a reliable first point of contact for developers with questions related to USoft. Incidents, problems and service requests are handled according to standardized procedures.
USoft understands that customer satisfaction depends on alignment of the support process with key business processes. Agreements are made in advance regarding key performance criteria for the support process. These criteria are constantly monitored and periodically discussed with the customer. If necessary, adaptations to the process are considered, to reflect the changing demands of business processes.
