Our USoft Support Desk provides professional support for you specifically in the USoft 9 Platform, URequire Studio, SMART PIA tooling and all other USoft products.
In order to use our USoft Support Desk, you will need to be in possession of an appropriate license for a USoft product. The USoft Support Desk can be contacted by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +31 (0)35 699 0996 during office hours in the Netherlands.
When you submit a support request by e-mail, we will get in touch with you within 1 working day.
When you call support during office hours, you will immediately receive assistance from a member of the support team (first line support). If your problem remains unsolved, you will receive assistance from a USoft software developer (second line support).
