Avertim and USoft have announced their partnership to support organisations executing their digital transformation based on real-time decision-making.
Brussels and Naarden, December 21st, 2016
Having procured a first signed contract, creating a SMART transfer flow for a European airport, Avertim an innovation and management consulting organisation and USoft a global software provider decided to join forces. The partnership will combine Avertim’s industry, management and technological experience with USoft’s software platform to support organisations executing their digital transformation based on real-time decision-making.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of Avertim Hervé Lefébure and the CEO of USoft Roel Spans during ‘the signing ceremony’ in Amsterdam last November. The signing ceremony was part of the state visit of The Majesties the King and the Queen of the Belgians to The Netherlands.
Transform to real-time decision-making
Based on our market watch that digital worlds are converging and triggered by requests from our clients to use their data to make their business more efficient, we provide organisations with the ability to execute their business in a real-time situation. Roel Spans CEO of USoft explains “For example, an airport wants to plan the staff for de-icing aeroplanes. Wouldn’t it be more efficient if we could predict the total organisation of this process based on the weather, the scheduled flights for the coming 48 hours, and the availability of staff? This will transform an ad hoc approach to a proactive one.”
“This partnership will combine both our expertise to support organisations in optimising operational efficiency and real-time decision-making, realising the digital experience of our clients in the areas of transports and logistics, banking and insurance, energy and life science,” said Hervé Lefébure CEO of Avertim.
